How has it already been one month already? It feels like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital!
SO much has changed in our lives because of this little man but we are loving him to pieces and are enjoying watching his little personality develop!
Here's a few fun facts:
Weight: 9lbs! (2lb gain from birth!)
Length: 22 inches long (2.5 inch gain!)
Nicknames: "Buddy" "Squeaker" "Little Man" "Big Guy"
Favorite activities: bouncing on the exercise ball with Dad, taking walks in the Moby with Mom, eating, and baths!
Least favorite activities: swinging, changing his diaper, being in his car seat...pretty much anything that involves being put down!
Favorite song: "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole
Aaron LOVES to cry but we are slowly making progress with that! :)
He only wakes up once a night for a feeding, which is SO nice and I would say that we are all well rested!
He has been sleeping in his room for two weeks now and has now transitioned to taking all his naps in his crib as well. Definitely a big boy!
Despite not knowing what we are doing, we have loved being parents to this little guy! He has brought us such joy; we have never smiled or laughed so much! He has also taught us a lot in the way of selflessness and humility (we have never cried so much..LOL)...and this is only the beginning! We have loved the journey so far and look forward to everything else ahead of us as Aaron's parents!
